5月28日，华夏幸福（600340.SH）发布关于控股股东股份解押及质押的公告。
近日，公司收到控股股东华夏控股关于将其质押的部分本公司股份解除质押及质押其持有的公司部分股票的通知，其中华夏控股本次质押6350万股，占其所持股份5.86%，占公司总股本2.11%。
本次解质75,190,000股，占其所持股份6.93%%，占公司总股本2.50%。
