近日，扬州男子艾某诱捕流浪猫。民警发现时，有十多只猫被关在笼子里。艾某狡辩称流浪猫无主人，诱捕不犯法。据悉，艾某诱捕流浪猫后将其卖到饭店充当兔肉。
