近日，关于“汉阳某小区夫妻二人确诊新冠肺炎，已经死亡"的信息，在微信群中传播。经核查，该信息为谣言。公安机关已对相关涉案人员李某、刘某依法做出处理。
公安机关重申：网络不是法外之地，对于编造、散布谣言，扰乱公共秩序的行为，将依法予以处理。
