经黔东南州人民检察院指定管辖，2020年5月8日，丹寨县人民检察院依法对黔东南州中级人民法院原民二庭副庭长余万灵以涉嫌民事枉法裁判罪立案侦查，并采取强制措施。
犯罪嫌疑人余万灵涉嫌充当黑恶势力保护伞，目前，该案在进一步侦查中。
