3月9日，山东德州，平原县一辆轿车撞倒一辆正常行驶的电动三轮车，三轮车上两人被甩出，肇事司机逃逸。经对事故现场勘查，警方很快锁定肇事司机张某，经询问，张某对自己酒后撞车逃逸的事实供认不讳，后经血液检测结果为193.9mg/100ml，属醉酒驾驶。目前张某被刑事立案。
