12月16日凌晨，辽宁葫芦岛冬夜下着雨夹雪，绥中县六股河茫茫水面漆黑一片。接到有人溺水的求助信息后，葫芦岛多方救援人员不顾危险和严寒驾驶冲锋舟在海面上展开搜救。经过多部门3小时艰难惊险施救，终于发现了溺水者将其打捞上岸。原来溺水者身穿的羽绒服有浮力，才没有沉入水中。
