12月1日京港高铁商合段开通运营，淮南南站地下车库已与淮南南站同步启用。
地下车库分为两部分，东侧出站口下方是出租车等候区，其余空间是私家车停车位。
目前地下车库还属于免费使用阶段。地下车库进站的自动扶梯目前都未开启使用。
