11月20日上午，昌吉回族自治州阜康市副市长带队对西安市大气污染防治工作进行实地调研，同时在市城市管理局的陪同下调研了经开区道路清扫保洁情况。
考察团现场观摩了经开区在道路扬尘控制方面环卫机械车辆联合作业的情况。考察团表示，经开区道路干净整洁，
机械车辆联合作业方式工作高效，配合人工操作，高质量完成了道路清扫工作。
