11月6日，贵州高院公布一起“祖坟”造假骗取国家补偿款案。村民陆某某、石某某见镇上建设规划路线通过该村，伙同他人用4天时间垒造45座假坟，骗取迁移补偿款16万余元。公诉机关指控被告人犯诈骗罪。
