信网10月25日讯 新泰公安发布情况通报，2019年8月21日9时52分许，新泰市公安局接报警：羊流镇上柳杭村附近山上有一被埋婴儿。接警后，警方立即开展调查。被埋男婴系2019年8月13日出生，经初步调查，其祖父刘某增涉嫌犯罪已被刑事拘留。此案正在进一步调查中。
