10月15日下午，济南市文明养犬社会化管理工作现场会召开。在此前的政策基础上，一系列更为有力的举措出台。“采取扫码举报、无人机巡查、视频监控曝光”“扣除所在单位的精神文明单位考核相应分值”“加装狗屎收集箱”“宠物医院就能办证”“针对上班族，推出延时服务、预约服务”等举措加大了不文明养犬的管理。
