“曹勇国际艺术馆”于2018年10月25日在美丽的杭州东部华荣城隆重开馆。享誉国际画坛的美籍华裔油画大师曹勇，是记者多年来一直关注的杰出艺术家。这位从来不修边幅的油画大师，可以说是行走在艺术和哲学两界的“画坛鬼才”！在当今国际画坛,曹勇先生创下了诸多“第一”：

关于曹勇艺术馆
“曹勇国际艺术馆”在杭州余杭华荣城开馆。浙江省政协副主席、省侨联主席吴晶，格莱美音乐奖主席、美国录音艺术与科学学院主席尼尔·波特瑙，杭州市政协副主席、市侨联主席王立华，美国知名侨领、美国华人社团联合会共同主席团主席郭颂，美国洛杉矶18中文台、旧金山42台中文台台长卓蕾等海内外嘉宾出席开幕式。
在曹勇国际艺术馆在国际化城市杭州落成前，记者先后两次参访了曹勇国际艺术馆，艺术馆占地1600平方米，馆内分别设有中国系列区域、欧美系列区域、禅文化区域。馆内展示了曹勇大师各个系列的限量及断销版画，和各种精美的创意衍生品，更悬挂有部分曹勇大师的震撼原作。

曹勇国际艺术馆的合作者——杭州华荣城掌门人戚荣华先生在与记者和曹勇一起参访时谈到，曹勇大师历经春怀雄肆、西藏涅槃、东瀛俯仰、美欧纵横、四个时期的人生洗练，他将寄予艺术作品中的真善美、对自然的留存，对生命的感悟，对佛理道法的追求探索与万众分享。
在人们拥有幸福的生活条件下，实现追求现代性、时代性和审美情趣的同时，还能再拥有体验幸福感受的能力，所以曹勇国际艺术馆也是生命的体验馆，体验幸福的素质，是需要从生命的源头浸润呼吸在美好之中，才能获得人生终极幸福，让曹勇大师的艺术作品走进千家万户，真正能提升推进民众的精神素质，传递真善美，由中国杭州再走向世界。这正是曹勇国际艺术馆创办的初衷。
