日前，平潭县人民检察院依法以涉嫌非法采矿罪对犯罪嫌疑人陈卫荣批准逮捕。
经审查，2019年6月，犯罪嫌疑人陈卫荣驾驶运输船非法接驳运输海砂4万余吨。案件正在进一步办理中。
