近日，中共中央印发了《中国共产党党员教育管理工作条例》。每个党员，不论职务高低，都必须按照党章要求和《条例》规定，接受党组织的教育管理。
根据规定，党员具有下列情形之一的，按照规定程序给予除名处置：
