据内蒙古新闻网消息，5月31日下午，内蒙古自治区第十三届人民代表大会常务委员会第十三次会议举行第三次全体会议，表决通过《内蒙古自治区人民代表大会常务委员会关于接受张韶春辞去自治区副主席职务的请求的决定》，决定任命郑宏范为内蒙古自治区政府副主席。
李纪恒为郑宏范颁发了任命书。郑宏范向宪法庄严宣誓，并作表态发言。
