何海静同志用自己的青春和热血捍卫着法律的尊严，铸就了人民警察对党和人民的无限忠诚。2008年被评为南阳市 “优秀人民警察”，2009年被中共邓州市委评为“邓州市新长征突击手”，2010年被评为南阳市优秀人民警察，2011年被评为河南省优秀人民警察， 2018年荣获南阳市人民政府“五一劳动奖章”，2019年4月被评为河南省先进工作者。多次荣立个人二等功、三等功。
