4月3日，辽宁建昌县突发山火，目击者称起火地点离附近村庄距离比较远，火是从山脚下开始燃烧，逐步向山顶蔓延，能见到火苗和浓烟。
葫芦岛市委宣传部的工作人员介绍，当天早晨当地一村民上坟时引发了山火。
