酸笋炒肥肠的做法
处理过的肥肠，煮熟
切好肥肠，姜片，蒜末，小米辣
先用油炒香肥肠
肥肠炒香后，蒜末，姜，小米辣，下锅爆香
倒入酸笋一起炒
倒入肥肠，一起翻炒
加点酱油，上色
可以放点泡红椒，这样颜色会更漂亮，，起锅咯，开饭了
