12月9日晚，井陉县城外一条供热主管道突然发生破裂，导致该县城区全部停暖。事发当晚，该县供热部门全力抢修，昨日已经抢修完毕。记者发稿前，井陉县集中供热公司称，争取10日晚抢修完毕尽快重新注水、升温，预计11日该县城区绝大部分小区便会恢复供热。
