10月23日，金牛镇禁烧巡逻队在李二姐村巡查时发现有人燃烧秸秆，立即通知镇派出所将纵火人员控制，随即展开灭火工作
经查，违法焚烧秸秆的冯某，男，为金牛镇李二姐村人。目前，青县公安局根据《中华人民共和国消防法》第六十四条第二项之规定，对冯某处以行政拘留10日。
