近日，江苏南京鼓楼法院审理了一起离奇的车祸死亡赔偿案件。一年前，一名吸毒男子从4楼坠落，遭后方汽车碾过，经送医抢救无效身亡。事后死者家属将车主和同车人起诉至法院，索赔116万多元。因原告方放弃尸检，无法查明详细死因，法院认定：坠楼和开车推挤都是造成死亡的原因。综合事实，法院一审判决车主承担70%主责。（@看看新闻KNEWS 燕赵都市报官方微信<ID：yzdsbnews>）
