八段锦林武岳飞必修课谥号
【摘要】本功据说由宋代抗金名将岳飞所传，曾被作为岳家军练兵必修课目，后渐渐流入民间。因岳飞谥号“武穆”，故尊称为“武穆八段锦”：又因岳飞武功学自少林一代宗师周侗，故其功被视为少林真传。
