2018年7月13日，南京南站跳轨家属索赔案宣判，去年3月26日，一男子在南京南站跳下站台翻越轨道，被列车挤压致死，家属状告中国铁路局上海集团有限公司（目前名称）及南京站，索赔80余万元。今天下午南京铁路运输法院一审宣判，驳回原告诉讼请求。
