7月6日，宁波市金融风险“天罗地网”监测防控系统正式上线。“天罗地网”监测防控系统由“天罗”和“地网”两个子系统构成。“天罗”，指依托互联网大数据技术平台，接入各类金融监测数据信息，通过大数据、人工智能、区块链等技术，形成金融风险实时线上监测体系。
