他制作的《坚不可摧》(Unbroken) 在YouTube被网友奉为人生圣经，它鼓励人们要对自己的选择抱有信念，不要浪费自己宝贵的时间去生活在别人的期待中，追随自己真正的热情。

You can’t connect the dots looking forward,

你无法知道你人生的点如何在未来联成线，
You can only connect them looking backwards.
你只能在回顾过去时才能看到那些线条
So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.
所以你一定要相信，现在的点，会在未来联成线

You have to trust in something.
你必须有信念
Your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.
不管那是你的勇气，命运，人生，还是因缘
Because believing that the dots will connect down the road.

will give you the confidence to follow your heart,

even when it leads you off the well-worn path.

Your time is limited.
你的时间很有限
So don’t waste living someone else life.

Don’t be trapped by dogma:
别受规条约束
Which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.
别活在其他人对你的期待中
Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.

You’ve got to find what your love.
你必须找到你热爱的事物
And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers.
这包括你的事业和你的伴侣
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life.
你的工作将占据你生命中相当大的一部分
And the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.
唯一你能发自内心获得满足的方法，就是相信你做的工作是对的。

And the only way to do great work……is to love what you do.

If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking.

You’re going to have some ups and you’re going to have some downs.

Most people give up on themselves easily.

You know the human spirit is powerful?

There is nothing as powerful. It’s hard to kill the human spirit!

Anybody can feel good, when they have their health, their bills are paid, they have happy relationships.
任何人在个人健康，账务状况和感情生活均良好的环境中，都能感到幸福
Anybody can be positive then,
此时任何人都能积极向上
Anybody can have a large vision then,
任何人都能有更伟大的理想
Anybody can have faith under those kinds of circumstances.
任何人都能有信念

The real challenge of growth, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,
成长路上真正的挑战，不管是心理上，情感上还是精神上
comes when you get knocked down.
是当你被击倒的时候
It takes courage to act.
起身而行是需要勇气的

Part of being hungry when you have been defeated.
被击倒仍是谦虚
It takes courage……to start over again.

Fear kills dreams.
恐惧，扼杀梦想
Fear kills hope.
恐惧，扼杀希望
Fear put people in the hospital.
恐惧，使人一蹶不振
Fear can age you.
恐惧使你衰老
Can hold you back from doing something that you know within yourself that you are capable of doing, but it will paralyze you.
会阻止你去做一些力所能及的事，但恐惧也会使你麻木不仁。

At the end of your feelings is nothing.
你的情绪并不重要，因为每个情绪起伏过后你仍可能一无所获。
But at the end of every principle is a promise.
但是要坚持原则，因为每个原则都是一个自我承诺。
Behind your little feelings.it might not be absolutely nothing at the end of your little feelings.
你的喜怒哀乐情绪的背后，小小情绪之后也可能并不是绝对滴一无是处，也许会带来些什么
But behind every priciple is a promise.
但是坚持坚持原则的背后才是一种自我承诺。

And some of you in your life, the reason why you not at your goal right now,
你们当中的一些人至今尚未成功
‘ cause you’re just all about your feelings.
是因为你们太过情绪化
All on your feelings, your don’t feel like waking – who does?
你被情绪所主导，如早上心情不好，不想起床？谁又想呢？

Every day you say ‘no’ to your dreams,
每天你都对自己的梦想说“不“
You might be pushing your dreams back a whole six months, a whole year!
你可能会把目标延后整整六个月，甚至一年
That one single day, that one day you didn’t get up could have pushed your stuff back, I don’t know how long.
也许你没有起身鞭策自己的那一瞬，天知道你就后退了多少

Don’t allow your emotions to control you.
不要让你的情绪控制了自己
We are emotional, but you want to begin to discipline your emotions.
我们是情绪动物，但是你要纪律自己的情绪
If you don’t discipline and contain your emotions, they will use you.
如果你不控制和约束自己的情绪，你将反被情绪吞噬

You want it, and you’re going to go all out to have it .
你想要全力以赴毫不保留
It’s not going to be easy, when you want to change.
想改变不是一件容易的事
It’s not easy. If it were in fact easy,everybody would do it.
从来就不简单。如果很简单，那每个人都可以做到了
But if you’re serious, you’ll go all out.
不过如果你态度认真， 你就会全力以赴

I’m in control here.
我要主宰自己的未来
I’m not going to let this get me down, I’m not going to let this destroy me .
不会让外在事物打击我，摧毁我
I’m coming back!
我会重新站起来
And I’ll be stronger and better because of it!

You have got to make a declaration that this is what you stand for!
你一定要明确你想要的
You’re standing up for your dreams,

You’re standing up for peace of mind,

You’re standing up for health.

Take full responsibility for your life.

Accept where your are,
接受现在的自己
and the responsibility that you want to take yourself where you want to go.

You can decide that I am going to live each day as if it were my last!

Live your life with passion,

With some drive.

Decide that you are going to push yourself.

The last chapter to your life has not been written yet,

and it doesn’t matter about what happened yesterday,

It doesn’t matter about what happened to you, what matter is:

“What are you going to do about it?”

If there is anything in Life that you don’t currently have right now is because of who you are and how you think.

What I need you to do is,I need you to find the reason to keep going.

And if you could find the reason to keep going,I know you strong enough to do it because you are human.

And every human has what it takesto get past whatever they are going through,if they decide to…

Push through it.Push through it.Tragedy and trials come to everybody.Only the strong survive.

Listen to me very closely.You’re running from obstacles,

when in fact it’s the obstacles,that’s gonna take you to the next level.

Like you’re running from pain!You’re running from challenges!You telling me how difficult your Life is.Do you understand it is the difficultythat’s gonna prepare you and take you to that next level?

To grow the individual will to become something,you must get comfortable with fear and failure.They must be your best friends.They are the only ones that moves that needle of Life.

And the difference between a champion and someone who is forgotten.Is that a champion shows up.That’s the only thing, everyday shows up.

Gives himself a chance to make a difference.Because success doesn’t know these things about cold or early or tired.It just knows if you showed up or not.

For some of you when you do what you do,you act as if you have another opportunity.Every opportunity is the last opportunity!You can’t just say you want it.You can’t watch the video and say…“I want this as bad as I want to breathe.”

It’s cute to say it but when it’s ShowTime,when the sun comes up,you got all the books,you got all the tapes,you got all the access,now it’s time to hunt!

If it was easy everybody would do it,but if Life got you down, I need you to get up.And prove them wrong.

It’s gonna rain sometimes,I will.

You’re gonna feel discouraged sometimes.I will.

No matter what the obstacles.I will.I will.I WILL.

A true hunter’s goal is not the prize.A true hunter’s goal is to hunt.That’s what they live for.They live to hunt.

It’s the whole process.
