振华重工4500吨抢险打捞起重船创力号11月2日在启东海工基地下水，日前已到振华长兴基地继续舾装。该船具有动力定位和锚泊定位功能，总长198.8米，型宽46.6米，型深14.2米，载重吃水8.5米，定员399人，可在无限航区航行，并预留了可拓展的铺管、深水安装等功能。
