SIG P250手枪是P-320的鼻祖。
Swiss Arms生产的9×19毫米口径紧凑型手枪，P250枪管只有3.86吋，15发弹匣，所谓个子小胃口大。空枪重约1.5磅，扣力为8.6磅，有以下的特点：采用一般手枪常见的缺口式照门，底部配有战术导轨，采用与其他SIG手枪相同的短后座作用原理、闭锁式枪机、纯双动扳机（D A ONLY）系统设计，由于采用简化部件设计，分解P250时无须专门工具。
装有防意外击针保险装置，所以不设手动保险制。
