4月21日11时许，汉中汉台七里派出所接群众举报，有人在禁放区内燃放烟花爆竹，民警立即前往现场，发现东一环路“湖北虾客”门店因新开业违规燃放烟花爆竹。经调查取证，依据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》，派出所对店主李某予以治安处罚。
