在这个句子里面，“你和我”共同组成了一个主语，相当于we，所以要用you and I.
也就是说：作主语时，必须用you and I。
He wants to interview you and me.

他想采访你和我。
这里“你和我”作为被采访的对象，相当于us，所以用了宾格形式me。
This is I.
This is me.
这种情况下，this做了主语，系动词is后面要用主格的形式，也就是I。
同理还有That is she / he.
虽然听起来有些别扭，但是从语法完全正确。
而在生活中，似乎人们都在用It’s me。但是我们不要太过纠结了，语言是灵活的，语法只是辅助，考试的时候能选对就ok啦！

这儿的每一个人都比我高。
这个时候than是做介词，后面要用宾格形式的me.
最简单的一招就是把这个句子中的其他人去掉，看看句子在语法上还说不说得通.
比如：

如果简和我去电影的话，那就6点半。
在这个句子中，我们去掉 Jane and，就变成了：
If ___ go to the movies, it will be at 6:30.
所以毫无疑问，这里应该是 I .
所以正确说法应该是：
If Jane and I go to the movies, it will be at 6:30.
