2017年上海工程技术大学毕业生共4776人，其中硕士研究生405人，本科生3723人，专科生648人，就业率为98.93%，与往年基本持平。
就业地集中在上海市，占比为75.14%。就业行业主要流向制造业，工作职位主要是工程技术人员，税前平均月薪为5065.81元。
