8月15日上午，潍坊交警奎文大队一中队民警在市区万达商场附近巡逻时，发现一辆车牌号为鲁GRN500的车辆违法停放在路边，执勤民警三次要求驾驶员历某某将车辆驶离，但驾驶员非但不服从交警管理，并扬言撞死交警!
