2017年7月26日，吉林省长春市天空出现大面积的絮状高积云，好像棉花糖一样。市民们纷纷停下脚步，全民拍云，还有不少网友询问这个云是不是“地震云”。小编查了资料得知，这是絮状高积云，预示着大气稳定度下降，降水接近。而且，云和地震的发生没有关联。大家要担心的应该是，明天出门用不用带伞。
