洛阳钼业(03993)公告称，就建议收购英美资源的铌和磷酸盐业务买卖协议所载的所有先决条件已根据买卖协议的条款及条文达成，而AANB及AAFB各自已成为该公司的间接全资附属公司，于2016年10月1日生效。
公告称，于交割时，该公司向卖方支付约17亿美元，构成总代价及约1.87亿美元的营运资金及其他调整，惟受限于若干交割完成后的调整。（智通财经）
