自制平底锅煎饼的做法步骤:
盆里放入面粉加水和少许盐调匀(一定要拌匀,没有面疙瘩)
4.翻面后呆一会,再翻,多翻几次,将两面烤匀(刚烤好的饼要放一会再吃,这样里面就全熟了,刚烤好的里面是粘的)
5.烤好就取出放在盘里
6.酱汁(包几瓣蒜,切成细末,放入碗里,再放些盐,在锅里烧些油,烧到冒烟,倒入蒜碗里,用筷子搅匀,再快些倒入醋,拌匀即可)
