重要嘉宾：平行论坛会议主席介绍

2022年7月19日-21日，IEEE 2022网络、计算机和通信国际研讨会（ISNCC2022）将在线上举办，来自中国、美国、英国、意大利、法国、突尼斯、印度、日本、俄罗斯等28个国家的科学家、科研人员以这种特殊的形式汇聚一堂、共襄盛举。

研讨会将进行29场线上活动，包括开幕式、6场主题报告会和11个科研领域的22场平行论坛。其中，在22场平行论坛中，138位科学家、科研人员将分享他们在计算机、网络和通信领域取得的成果和进展，内容涵盖信息系统、通信网络和计算技术相关的理论和实践，包含各种与硬件和无线通信相关主题，譬如“深空探测与远程通信”、“信任、安全和隐私”、“6G愿景与潜在关键技术”、“通信系统理论”、“绿色通信系统和网络”、“万物互联和传感器网络”、“下一代网络和互联网”、“卫星通信与空间互联网”、“人工智能与机器学习”、“数据科学与大数据系统工程”、“云计算、网络或存储”等。

如下是平行论坛部分会议主席介绍。

1、深空探测与卫星通信进展I：丁晓进副教授

丁晓进博士2017年从东南大学移动通信国家重点研究实验室获得信息与通信工学博士学位，现任南京邮电大学副教授。他目前的研究领域包括：卫星通信、卫星物联网、卫星频谱感知和空间信息网络等，在这些相关领域主持多项项目，如国家自然科学基金、民用航天预研项目等。他在相关期刊和会议上发表了30多篇论文（例如：IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicle Technology、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference和IEEE International Conference on Communications）。此外，他还申请了20多项国家发明专利，其中13项已获得授权。丁博士曾在2020年担任EAI International Conference on Wireless and Satellite Systems的出版主席，还曾多次担任WCSP、ICC、GLOBECOM等会议的技术委员会成员。

Dr. Xiaojin Ding is currently an associate professor in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT), Nanjing, China. He got his Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from National Mobile Communication Research Laboratory, Southeast University, in 2017. His current research interests include satellite communications, satellite internet of things, satellite spectrum sensing and space information network. He is heading several projects in these areas, such as national science foundation of China, pre-research projects of civil aerospace. He has published over thirty papers in high impact journals and conferences (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference, and IEEE International Conference on Communications). Moreover, he has also applied over twenty national invention patents of China, and thirteen of them have been authorized. Dr. Ding was the publication chair of EAI International Conference on Wireless and Satellite Systems in 2020, and he served as technical program committee members for several conferences such as WCSP, ICC, GLOBECOM.

李胜强，2003年于电子科技大学数学学院获学士学位；2008年于西安电子科技大学获密码学博士学位。他目前是电子科技大学的副教授。他的研究领域包括分组密码，通信信号设计，安全通信。

Shengqiang Li received the B.E. degree from the UESTC, Chengdu, China, in 2003, and Ph.D. degree in cryptography from Xidian University in 2008. He is currently an Associate Professor with the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, UESTC. His research interests include the block ciphers, design of communication sequences, and the secure communication.

3、信任、安全和隐私I-杜跃进教授

杜跃进博士，360集团首席安全官、未来安全研究院负责人、大数据协同安全国家工程实验室常务副主任。国家大数据安全专家委员会委员、北京市信息化专家委员会委员、上海人工智能安全产业专家委员会委员、中国互联网协会、保密协会、通信协会等委员。曾任阿里巴巴集团副总裁和首席安全专家、网络安全应急技术国家工程实验室主任、国家网络与信息安全技术研究所所长、国家互联网应急中心副总工、亚太应急响应合作组织副主席等职务，并在2008奥运会、上海世博会、广州大运会等活动中担任国家最高层面安全专家。20余年一直从事网络安全研究和工作，在我国的国家级网络安全能力手段建设、应急响应体系建设、重大事件响应、国际合作等方面作出过突出贡献。同时重点关注数字经济时代数据安全的政策、法规、标准、实践和治理体系，参与了各主要相关法律标准的的制定，推动了数据安全领域的标准成为国家标准、ITU标准和ISO标准，并且展开了大量实践，在数据安全领域具有国际话语权，对联合国数字经济相关研究报告作出了支撑。

Du Yuejin,Ph.D,，CSO of 360 Group、director of Future Security Research Lab、Executive Deputy Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Collaborative Security.

Member of National Expert Committee on Big Data Security、Beijing Expert.Committee on Information Technology、the Shanghai Expert Committee on AI Security Industry、Internet Society of China(ISC)、China Confidentiality Association(CCA ) and Communications Association.

Former vice president and chief security expert of Alibaba Group, director of National Engineering Laboratory of Cybersecurity Emergency Response Technology (NELCERT), director of the National Institute of Network and Information Security, deputy chief engineer of National Internet Emergency Center (CNCERT), vice chairman of Asia Pacific Computer Emergency Response Team (APCERT). Dr. Du served as national security expert in 2008 Olympic Games, Shanghai World Expo, Guangzhou Universiade and other activities.

Dr. Du has been engaged in cybersecurity research for more than 20 years and has made great contributions to developing China’s national cybersecurity capacity and tools, emergency response system, major event response, international cooperation and other aspects.

4、人工智能与机器学习技术与系统工程I：贺广均博士

贺广均博士，高级工程师，中国空间技术研究院天地一体化信息技术国家重点实验室副主任。长期从事卫星遥感应用技术研究，主要研究方向包括机器学习与图像智能解译认知、在轨实时智能处理和空间信息融合。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国防科技创新特区、科工局民用航天等纵向课题10余项，发表学术论文40多篇，受理授权国家发明专利30余项。

Guangjun He was born in Hubei, China, in 1987. He received the Ph.D. degree in remote sensing of environment from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, he was an Assistant Researcher Fellow with the State Key Laboratory of Space-Ground Integrated Information Technology, CAST, Beijing, China, where he has been an Associate Researcher Fellow, since 2018. He is the author of two books and more than 40 articles. His research interests include remote sensing image processing, multi-sensor information fusion, and machine learning.

李成杰，电子科技大学通信与信息工程专业博士毕业，在站博士后/高级工程师，硕士生导师，2019江苏省双创博士人才项目获得者，2020年荣获四川省科技进步奖三等奖、中国发明协会“创业发明成果奖”二等奖，主持或主研国家级项目2项，省部级项目2项，出版专著1部，研究生教材1部，SCI/EI检索论文20余篇，国家发明专利2项，研究方向为网络安全、智能信息处理技术、通信抗干扰技术、卫星通信导航技术，主讲课程：计算机网络、信息安全概论、空间网络信息处理与安全、智能算法及matlab实现等

Postdoctoral/Senior Engineer，Master's supervisor，Winner of Science and Technology Progress Award of Sichuan Province，published over 30 academic articles and 2 books，received the B.Sc. degree in Qufu normal University, Qufu(Confucius’s hometown), China, 2004, the M.Sc. degree in applied mathematics in Xihua University, Chengdu, China, 2010, the Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information System in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2017. His research interests include Network security technology，Intelligent information processing technology，Communication anti-jamming technology，Satellite communication and navigation technology， blind source separation, satellite communications, and intelligent information processing.

6、无人系统与交通管制：卿粼波教授

卿粼波，教授，博士生导师，四川大学电子信息学院副院长，四川大学~英国桑德兰大学数据科学研究与创新联合实验室常务副主任。2011，2012年先后在挪威，意大利，美国等国家的国际知名高校访学并从事联合研究。主要从事人工智能与计算机视觉、图像/视频处理、图像/视频通信、城市信息学等。目前为四川省电子学会青年人才委员会委员，IEEE会员、美国视觉科学学会（Vision Science Society)会员、亚太信号与信息处理协会(APSIPA)会员。

Prof.Linbo Qing is currently the Vice Dean of the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Sichuan University. He is also an Executive Deputy Director of the Joint Lab for Research and Innovation in Data Science (JLRI-DS) between the Sichuan University and the University of Sunderland. From 2011 to 2012, he successively visited and conducted joint research with several internationally renowned universities in Norway, Italy, and USA. His main research interests include Artificial intelligence and Computer Vision, image/video processing, image/video communication, and Urban informatics. He is currently a member of the Youth Talent Committee of Sichuan Electronics Society, IEEE, Vision Science Society, and APSIPA.

7、星通信系统I：Dr. Cesare Roseti

Dr. Cesare Roseti , since December 2012, Cesare Roseti (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, teaching “Technologies for the communications” and “Broadcast technologies” at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He is co-founder of RomARS srl, an innovative start-up dealing with advanced telecommunication technologies. He is technical and/or scientific responsible of 6 international research projects, mainly ESA-funded, addressing converged satellite and 5G networks, and he actively participated to several funded international research programmes, with the role of WP leader. He achieved the Ph.D in “Space Systems and Technologies” in 2007. He graduated cum laude in TLC Engineering at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In 2003, he collaborated with the Computer Science Department of UCLA in the frame of an activity on “Analysis and design of transport protocols for satellite scenarios”. In 2006, he carried out a Stage in the On-Board Software Section in the Software Division of ESA. In 2009, he was awarded with the “Company Innovation Award 2009” issued by Telespazio-Finmeccanica. Finally, he is co-author of about 95 scientific publications for international conferences, workshops, and journals, indexed in the Scopus database. He achieved 3 best paper awards.

8、智慧城市的先进工程与应用：Hamid Shimal Aldulaimi

I’m a Chief Engineers/Electronics and IT Engineer affiliated with Ministry of Sciences and Technology in Iraq. I was obtained my Master of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering at the University of Technology in Iraq – where I was focused on Digital image processing systems implementation for smart systems. Currently, I’m a Ph.D. student (second year) in University of Sfax at National School of Electronics and Communications of Sfax (EnetCom) in Tunisia, working on research in field of speed advisory and vehicles overtaking safety at highways based on Ad-hoc Vehicles Networks (VANETs). My research investigated in approaches of cooperative lane change for semi-automated vehicles S-AV that emphasizes rules for safe passing between vehicles on the highway. 9、深空探测与卫星通信进展2：卓永宁博士

卓永宁，博士，副教授，任职于电子科技大学通信抗干扰技术重点实验室，IEEE会员，长期从事无线与移动通信、航空航天测控通信与信息工程研究，获教育部科技进步二等奖、四川省科技进步一等奖，《电子学报》等期刊评阅人。

主要研究方向为无线通信接入与编码技术、无线通信与感知耦合技术，曾先后主持与参加航天领域预研项目、国家重大专项研究计划、863计划重点项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、自然科学基金项目多项。在国内外核心期刊或会议上发表论文数十篇。

Zhuo Yongning，is an Associate Professor of Electronic and Information Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He received his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Telecommunication and Information Engineering, in 2006, from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. From 2010-2011 he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Electric and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. He is now with the National Key Laboratory on Communications Science and Technology. He is a recipient of the First Research Award on Science and Technology Progress of Sichuan Province, and the Outstanding Research Award on Science and Technology Progress of National Ministry of Education. He is now a reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Electronics. He also holds the leadership of or participates in several research plans, such as National Advanced Research Plan in Aerospace field, National Key research plan in telecommunication field, National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interests include the wireless access and coding technology, communications and perception coupling technology.

10、信任、安全和隐私2：Pro.Abdelkader Ouda

Abdelkader Ouda is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Western University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Western University, Canada. Dr. Ouda has been researching and teaching software engineering at Western University for more than 20 years. His research focuses on Information security, including cryptography, networks security, and big data security and privacy. He is supervising the Information and Networks Security Research Laboratory at Western University. Dr. Ouda was working for over 14 years in the software industry, where he has gained rich experiences in project management, system analysis and consulting.

Yue Xiao received the Ph.D degree in communication and information systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2007. He is currently a Professor with National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, UESTC. He has published more than 100 international journals and has been in charge of more than 20 projects in the area of Chinese 3G/4G/5G wireless communication systems. He is an inventor of more than 50 Chinese and PCT patents on wireless systems. His research interests are in system design and signal processing toward future wireless communication systems. He currently serves as an Senior Associate Editor of IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS and Associate Editor of IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society.

11、信号处理和通信系统进展 I：肖悦研究员

肖悦，研究员，博导。就职于电子科技大学通信抗干扰技术国家级重点实验室，研究方向是移动通信中的系统设计和信号处理技术。在移动通信领域的科研期间，作为课题负责人主持国家科技重大专项、863、自然科学基金等项目，在IEEE等国际顶级期刊和国际会议上发表SCI科技论文100余篇，拥有国家专利70多项，Google学术引用6000余次，专著3部，现任IEEE期刊《IEEE Communications Letters》高级副编辑、《KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems》副编辑。

12、信任、安全和隐私3：刘姝博士

刘姝目前是电子科技大学通信抗干扰技术国家级重点实验室副教授。2018年在新加坡南洋理工大学获得博士学位，2018-2019年在南洋理工大学从事research fellow工作，2018年加入电子科技大学。主要从事代数编码研究，特别是非经典纠错码的列表译码研究。在信息论期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》发表论文5篇，主持国家自然科学青年基金与国防科工局项目等。目前任包括《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》、《Finite Fields and Their Applications》在内的多个SCI期刊审稿人。

Liu Shu is currently an associate professor in the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). She received her Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, she was a research fellow at NTU. She joined UESTC in 2018. Her research field includes coding theory and channel coding, especially the list decoding of non-classical error-correcting codes. In 2020, she was nominated in the Youth Thousand Person Plan in Sichuan Province. She has published 5 papers in IEEE Transactions on Information Theory and holds funding under National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. At present, she is a reviewer of many SCI journals, including IEEE Transactions on Information Theory as well as Final Fields and their Applications.

13、先进物联网研究和应用：刘韬博士

刘韬，南京邮电大学学士，电子科技大学硕士，四川大学博士，计算机专业。现任西南民族大学计算机科学与技术学院教授，中国成都。2015年8月至216年8月在美国纽约哥伦比亚大学做访问学者。主要研究方向为自组织网络、无线传感器网络和智能反射面。

Tao Liu received the B.S. degree from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the M.S. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and the Ph.D. degree from Sichuan University, China, all in computer science. At present, he is a Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Southwest Minzu University, Chengdu, China. He was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, New York, USA, from August 2015 to August 216. His research interests include ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks and intelligent reflecting surface.

Michele Luglio为罗马第二大学教授，1994年获得电信博士学位，1992年8月至12月在Comsat实验室(美国)做访问学者，2009年获得了Telespazio的创新奖，在ESA、ASI、EC、MIUR、MISE项目框架下工作，设计用于移动和固定多媒体服务的创新型卫星通信系统，并协调罗马托尔加塔大学卫星多媒体组实验室。他的研究重点是网络协议、资源管理、异构网络和5G开发和卫星系统。

Michele Luglio received the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications in 1994. From August to December 1992 he worked, as visiting Staff Engineering at Comsat Laboratories (USA). From 2004 to present he is associate professor of telecommunications at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In 2009 he received the Innovation Award from Telespazio. works in the frame of ESA, ASI, EC, MIUR, MISE projects on designing innovative satellite communications systems for multimedia services, both mobile and fixed, and coordinates the laboratory of the Satellite Multimedia Group at University of Rome Tor Vergata. His research is focused on network protocols, resource management, heterogeneous networks and on 5G development with particular regard to satellite systems.

15、天线系统，扩展和射频设计：金世超研究员

金世超，2004年获兰州大学物理学学士学位，2009年获清华大学物理学博士学位。他曾于2009年至2017年为北京卫星信息工程研究所微波与通信高级工程师，并于2017年至2020年为研究员。现任中国空间技术研究院天地一体化信息技术国家重点实验室研究员。他目前的研究方向主要包括卫星通信系统、合成孔径雷达、射频/模拟和毫米波集成电路与系统。

Shichao Jin

Director of Integrated Aperture and Radio Frequency Laboratory, China Academy of Space Technology

Shichao Jin received the B.S. degree in physics from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2009. He was a senior RF&SatCom engineer from 2009 to 2017 and a professor from 2017 to 2020 with the Beijing Institute of satellite Information Engineering, Beijing, China. He is currently with Integrated Aperture and Radio Frequency Laboratory. He has 13 years’ experience in communication systems, microwave circuits, active phased array antenna. His current research interests include satellite communication systems, synthetic aperture radar, RF/analog and millimeter-wave integrated circuits and systems.

16、信任、安全和隐私4：高建军研究员

高建军，1980年5月出生，研究员，中国空间技术研究院天地一体化信息技术国家重点实验室研究员。主要从事空间网络信息安全、星载操作系统、军用大数据应用领域的技术研究工作，先后承担或参与载人航天、军科委国防科技创新特区、十三五装备预研等十余项国家重大工程项目和预先研究任务。荣获军队科技进步二等奖、三等奖各一项，申请国防专利授权9项，发表论文10余篇。

Gao Jianjun, born in May, 1980, is a researcher and deputy director of the Information Engineering Department of Space Star Technology Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in technical research in the fields of space network information security, on-board operating systems, and military big data applications. He has successively undertaken or participated in more than 10 national major engineering projects and pre research tasks, such as manned spaceflight, the Military Science and Technology Commission National Defense Science and Technology Innovation Special Zone, and the 13th Five-Year Equipment Pre-research Project. Won the second prize and the third prize of military scientific and technological progress, applied for 9 National Defense Patent authorizations, and published more than 10 papers.

17、下一代无线网络的服务质量措施：刘晨熙副教授

刘晨熙，2016年于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学获得博士学位；2017年1月-2019年4月，在新加坡科技设计大学从事博士后工作。2019年5月至今任北京邮电大学特聘副研究员，博士生导师；研究方向为无人机通信，网络智能等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及网络与交换技术国家重点实验室探索项目，参与多项国家及省部级项目；发表高水平论文30余篇；担任领域重要学术会议IEEE/CIC ICCC 2020信息与通信安全分会联合主席；担任中科院二区期刊IEEE Wireless Communications Letters（IF=5.281）编委；获通信领域旗舰会议IEEE ICC 2022最佳论文奖,入选中国科协第六届青年人才托举工程。

Chenxi Liu received his Ph.D. degree from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Since 2019, he has been with the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests include unmanned aerial vehicle communications and network intelligence. He was the symposium co-chair of IEEE/CIC ICCC 2020. He is currently the Editor of the IEEE Wireless Communications Letters. He was the recipient of the Best Paper Award from the IEEE ICC 2022. He was selected in the Young Talent Support Project of China Association for Science and Technology.

18、通信系统和安全：方俊博士

方俊，2006年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学，2006年在杜克大学从事博士后研究，2007-2010年在斯迪文思理工大学担任博士后研究员。主要研究方向包括信号处理、毫米波和大规模MIMO。曾获得IEEE TVT最佳系统论文奖，曾担任IEEE Commun. Magazine期刊编委，现担任IEEE Signal Process. Letters和China Commun.编委。现担任IEEE信号处理学会Sensor Array and Multichannel技术委员会委员。

Jun Fang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2006. Since 2006, he has been a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Duke University. From January 2007 to December 2010, he was a Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Stevens Institute of Technology. Since 2011, he has been with the University of Electronic of Science and Technology of China. His research interests include signal processing, massive MIMO/mmWave communications.

Dr. Fang was the recipient of the IEEE Jack Neubauer Memorial Award in 2013 for the best systems paper published in the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON VEHICULAR TECHNOLOGY. He served as an Associate Technical Editor for IEEE COMMUNICATIONS MAGAZINE from 2012 to 2020. He is currently a Member of the IEEE SPS Sensor Array and Multichannel TC, and a Senior Associate Editor for IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS.

19、卫星通信系统2：杨明川博士

杨明川，男，1977年生，博士、哈尔滨工业大学电子与信息工程学院副研究员，博士生导师。主要从事卫星移动通信系统、临近空间通信系统及空间信息网络高效传输技术的研究。在国内外学术会议及刊物上发表论文40余篇。申请国家发明专利20多项。

Yang Mingchuan(1977-) is currently an associate professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Electronics and Information Engineering Harbin Institute of Technology, China. His research interests are in the fields of satellite mobile communication systems, near space communication systems and information transmission technologies in space information network. He has published over 40 papers and applied for more than 20 patents.

20、下一代网络设计和架构：Dr. Alma Oračević

Dr. Alma Oračević completed her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Zagreb, Croatia in February 2016, in the area of secure and reliable target tracking in wireless sensor networks. Her research background and interests include context-aware security, SDN security, security in edge learning, a test bed for wireless networks, security of wireless networking, digital twins, security of digital twins and the security of the Internet of things. She is currently a Lecturer in Cybersecurity at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom. Previously she taught at Innopolis University in Kazan, Russian Federation and at the University of Bihac in Bosnia and Herzegovina. While at the University of Bihac, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to visit Georgia Tech in Atlanta for one year as a visiting scholar and Lecturer for Computer networks. She has published over two dozen papers in security, networking, and systems journals and conferences.

2016年2月，她在克罗地亚萨格勒布大学完成了电气工程博士学位，研究领域是无线传感器网络中的安全可靠目标跟踪。研究领域为SDN安全、边缘学习安全、无线网络测试平台、无线网络安全、数字孪生、数字孪生安全和物联网安全。她目前是英国布里斯托尔大学网络安全专业的讲师。此前，她曾在俄罗斯喀山的伊诺波利斯大学和波斯尼亚-黑塞哥维那的比哈奇大学任教。在比哈奇大学期间，获得富布赖特奖学金，以访问学者和计算机网络讲师的身份访问位于亚特兰大的佐治亚理工学院，为期一年。她在安全、网络和系统期刊和会议上发表了二十多篇论文。

Harshaprabha N Shetty working as Senior Data Science Manager in Accenture Technology Centers India.

I have experience of 20 years in the industry. I have worked for Honeywell technology solutions Lab, General Electric, Systat software development, Glaxo Smithkline and Pointcross.

Also Taught Statistics in Colleges before joining the industry. My hobbies are gardening, cooking and reading.

I have done masters in Statistics and pursuing part-time Ph.D. My interests are writing white papers and Research papers related to machine learning, statistics and deep learning.

Currently I am doing research and development in the areas of Explainable AI especially machine learning and deep learning. I am doing extensive work on data bias detection, data bias mitigation and algorithm bias detection and mitigations. Also working on areas like sustainability where clients get benefits from our products with sustainable features added in the assets. We have in house product which helps the users to get explainability of the prediction of their models, biases in their data and models.

文瑞涵本科于2010年毕业于吉林大学通信工程专业，硕士和博士于2013年和2018年毕业于电子科技大学通信抗干扰国家级重点实验室通信与信息系统专业。目前为西南民族大学计算机科学与工程学院讲师，硕导，同时在电子科技大学从事博士后工作。主要研究方向为：无线网络资源管理、网络切片技术、网络虚拟化技术和下一代移动通信网络。

Ruihan Wen received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Jilin University in 2010, and the M.E. degree and Ph.D. degree in electronic information science and technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2013 and 2018, respectively. She is currently a Lecturer and Master Supervisor with the Southwest Minzu University and a Postdoctor with UESTC. Her research interests include resource management in wireless networks, network slicing, network virtualization and next generation mobile networks.
