i2国际私塾COO Jack
网易教育：各位网易教育的网友大家好！这里是第五届“金翼奖”网易教育大选颁奖现场，现在作客访谈间的是i2国际私塾COO Jack。首先给大家介绍一下i2私塾国际私塾。
Jack： Our field of vision all over the world. We cooperates with the best partner, and provide the same level but different solution customised service to the customer. Meanwhile, we strive to keep local character and flexibility in all regions. Furthermore, i2 has a group of experienced team and provides VIP (1 on 1 to 1 on 4) courses including, but not limited to, English, other languages, sports, arts, music, dance, and so on. At the same time of the emphasis on individual matching exclusive education program, according to each region, each students, even down to each student's personality and growth environment, proceed to optimize the individuals. It inherits that North America F-A-M-I-L-Y educational concept, improves students’s personal values by the three parts of testing system at the beginning, learning system at the middle, and feedback system at the end.

网易教育：我们知道现在参选的机构特别多，i2国际私塾能够脱颖而出，您觉得这个秘诀是什么，为什么有那么多家长选咱们呢？
Jack：Normal education system, let the customer passive to succumb to the product, it’s certainly not what we want. Private custom is the most needed in this era. I2 is all foreign private custom education. It invests value, time, emotion, wisdom and creativity. They can’t measure by the value of goods with logical. I2 has a family feeling. Our campuses are located in neighborhood complexes so there is always a feeling of safety, a feeling of being at home and an ease of access. The needs of students have changed and are more demanding. With our VIP courses, we are able to address those needs, freeing us from the constraints of a typical classroom setting.
（普通的教育体系，让客户被动屈从于产品，这当然不是我们想要的，私人定制才是这个时代最细腻的关怀。i2国际私塾是全外教私人定制教育，私人定制教育投入的是价值、时间、情感、智慧和创造力，它们的价值不能也不适合用商品价值的逻辑来衡量。日前，学生的要求已经改变和多样化了，但在我们的精品课程里，我们可以达到这样的要求，家庭式教学氛围，把学生们从约束的、典型的课堂形式中转化出来，在惬意的环境中轻松收获学习的乐趣。）
网易教育：学校最大的课程特色是什么呢？
Jack：Most private schools offer one course book according to a student’s age and/or level. We at i2, provide a wide range of courses, not limiting ourselves to a rigid system that quickly becomes outdated. We use a variety of ways to learn and possess international recognition of professor, lecturer, instructor resources, and also provide the students the most suitable learning solutions, and make it become a part of the process of learning and experience. We also have a course map that includes many multimedia aspects of a student’s progress, such as making ebooks, short movies, ppts, flyers and so on.
（大多数的私立学校根据学生的年纪或者英语水平只提供一套教材。但在i2，我们为学员提供多元化选择，而不仅仅是局限在一种课程体系里，因为那样会很快被淘汰。我们利用多种多样的学习方法和拥有国际知名度的教授、讲师、教练资源，提供最适合学员的学习方案，并使之成为学习、体验过程的一部分。同时，我们同样有许多关于学员学习进程的、多媒体方面的课程体系，例如电子书，视频短片，演示文稿，宣传海报等等。）
网易教育：目前这个学校的发展情况是怎么样的？
Jack：i2’s HQ is located in the Global Center, that new massive shopping mall with an indoor beach, located in Chengdu. i2 currently has twenty locations in Chengdu. These include our “experience centers”, catering to more performance and hands-on activities.
（i2的总部坐落于全球最大的单体建筑之一的环球中心。目前i2在全国已有20家校区，其中包括了更多具有实践活动的体验中心。）
网易教育：目前这个国际私塾的团队是什么样的一些人在进行呢？
Jack：I2 has a group of experienced managers, powered by a youthful team of modern, innovative thinkers plus an ever-growing group of teachers. I2 attracts many experienced teachers as our system of education and family-like structure is very appealing.
（国际私塾拥有一个出色的团队——经验丰富的管理者，年轻、富有创新精神的员工，以及不断提升自我的外教团队。对于很多有经验的教师来说，i2私人定制教育模式和像大家庭一样的组织架构，是他们选择i2的主要原因。）
