币安11月1日发布安全事件更新称，计划11月1日6:00至9:00（UTC）期间恢复第一阶段提现服务。
币安此前表示，公司已动用自有资金购入新代币，补回90%被盗资产，剩余10%资产涉及流动性较差的代币，筹集所需数量可能需要更长时间。币安热钱包于10月29日遭未经授权访问，导致约63亿美元代币资产被盗。
