每经苏州10月29日电（记者 刘曦）10月29日，XHEART新芯航途发布大模型芯片X7 Ultra，大模型算力700 TOPS。基于量产智驾大模型实测，其NPU（神经网络处理器）计算利用率达到98.7%，内存带宽消耗下降80%，能效提升100%。
据新芯航途方面披露，X7系列芯片量产8个月，累计出货超过20万颗，已搭载10款量产车型，获得超40款车型订单。
