10月28日美股盘前，三大股指期货涨跌不一，截至发稿，道指期货跌0.33%，标普500指数期货微跌0.01%，纳斯达克100指数期货涨0.36%。
存储芯片股盘前多数上涨，SK海力士涨超8%，闪迪涨超5%，美光科技涨超4%；希捷科技跌超3%。
光通信板块盘前普涨，应用光电、Lumentum、Coherent、康宁均涨超2%。
港股方面，香港恒生指数今日收涨0.23%，恒生科技指数涨1.40%。半导体板块涨幅居前，君正股份涨超18%，兆易创新、澜起科技涨超9%，华虹宏力涨超8%，中芯国际、上海复旦涨超5%。
