据英国《金融时报》援引知情人士消息，TPG正与Elliott Management进行洽谈，拟以约50亿美元的估值收购英国企业Ark数据中心（Ark Data Centres）。
目前相关讨论仍在进行中。TPG与Elliott均拒绝发表评论。
Ark及其少数股权投资者Revcap也未回应置评请求。
