国内油价10月29日24时（ 周四晚 ） 进行10月的第二次调整， 目前本轮油价统计周期已经走完70%， 受到前2天国际油价连续大涨影响，预计上调油价345元/吨 ，折合升计算，约上涨汽柴油价格0.26元/升-0.31元/升。
