自然资源部消息，受较强冷空气的影响，预计10月27日到28日，上海、浙江和福建沿海将出现一次温带风暴潮过程。国家海洋预报台今天（26日）发布风暴潮黄色警报。预计10月27日白天，杭州湾到福建沿海将出现20到50厘米的风暴增水。浙江省宁波市和舟山市的风暴潮预警级别为黄色。
