现在评人才，感觉文章最多只能占到三分之一。剩下的是看项目，看圈子等。
之前的正刊真的很强，但是现在，国内大团队，发CNS正刊的人真的多了。
不说正刊，我们院都有几个做电池的同学，才研二，已经第一作者发表了《JACS》、《Angew》、《AM》这些顶刊了。
我们的学术水平真的是日新月异！
