美国标普道琼斯指数公司发布新规，对成长股与价值股的划分规则作出调整。新规确定于当地时间12月21日美股开盘前正式生效。按照新规，无形资产、预期盈利与自由现金流将被纳入价值股的评估因素；成长股的评估标准则不再参考个股过去12个月的上涨势头。划分标准改变后，追踪相关指数的基金需要相应调仓，约3750亿美元被动基金将受到影响。（金融界）
