哈尔滨地铁于10月23日起发售电子30次计次票，售价80元，首批限量10000张。该票一次购买、不限里程，激活后360日内可乘坐地铁30次，适合中长途通勤乘客。用户需通过“哈尔滨城市通”APP实名认证后购买使用，每人限持一张。同时，电子月票调整为按月定量投放、售完即止，每月最后一天22时补充库存。
