格隆汇10月23日丨积木集团(08187.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，配售协议所载所有先决条件已获达成，且配售事项完成已于2026年10月23日根据配售协议条款及条件落实。合共30,336,768股配售股份(相当于紧随完成后于本公告日期本公司已发行股本约16.67%)已按每股配售股份0.55港元配售价成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
