10月23日，中能电气（300062.SZ）公告，公司拟以现金收购长春三鼎变压器有限公司51%股权，交易总对价为人民币3.3亿元（含税）。公司于2026年10月23日召开董事会审议通过本次交易，交易各方已签订《股权转让协议》。交易完成后，长春三鼎将纳入公司合并报表范围。
