【摩根大通：拟发行5只挂钩港股的可赎回牛熊证】 J.P.Morgan公告称，拟发行5只欧式现金结算R类单一股份可赎回牛熊证，其中3只为牛证，分别挂钩阿里巴巴、腾讯控股（2只）；2只为熊证，分别挂钩阿里巴巴、美团。各系列发行额分别为1亿份、1亿份、1亿份、8000万份、1亿份，发行价0.060港元至0.075港元不等，上市日期为2026年10月27日，到期日分布在2027年6月至2028年11月期间，相关责任由JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association无条件及不可撤回担保。
