10月23日，绿城水务（601368）发布公告，黄东海辞去董事长、战略与投资委员会主任委员、提名委员会委员、薪酬与考核委员会委员、审计委员会委员、预算委员会委员。辞职后，黄东海不在公司及控股子公司任职。
2026年中期，绿城水务实现收入11.98亿元，归母净利润5436万元。
