10月23日，帝欧水华（002798）发布公告，公司拟通过公开征集意向受让方的方式，转让全资孙公司景德镇欧神诺陶瓷有限公司100%股权。
公告指出，景德镇欧神诺成立于2007年，专注于瓷砖研发、生产与销售，已建成三条建筑陶瓷生产线，并拥有多项智能化生产设备。
2026年中期，帝欧水华实现收入9.53亿元，归母净利润-2933万元。
